Team Car Care Dba Jiffy Lube in Hinesville, GA is hiring for a Manager in Training I to lead and develop store teammates while overseeing daily operations. You will drive performance, training, scheduling, and adherence to store policies to ensure a smooth, compliant, and high‑customer‑satisfaction operation.

The role offers a compensation range of $44,000.00 to $52,000.00, full‑time hours, and employee benefits including 401(k) with company match and growth opportunities within a dynamic retail

Formación

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and results in a profit and loss center.

Responsabilidades

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances through sales, inventory control, cash controls and profitability.
• Recruit, interview and retain a winning team.
• Create and manage Teammate work schedules and coverage.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Maintain building and equipment to ensure a safe, clean store.
