Jiffy Lube International in Bellingham, WA is seeking a Manager in Training to lead and grow our store team. You will oversee training, supervision, attendance, safety, and uniform standards while promoting a culture of guest-focused service.

The role provides opportunities for growth, exposure to store-level operations, and the chance to contribute to ongoing safety and policy meetings. A strong candidate possesses leadership experience and a drive for results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and at all levels within the organization.
• Willing and able to comply with regulatory and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, guest satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, sound interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules, ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service, to include appropriate resolution of guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
