Job summary

Maurices Incorporated in Omaha is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to work with the store team and store manager to hit sales goals and deliver a customer-focused experience. You will participate in a structured training program designed to prepare you for a Store Manager role within 3–6 months, with relocation to new or multiple stores as needed.

You will learn to lead by example, manage schedules, analyze performance, and develop talent while upholding company policies and visual standards.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED is required; business or retail merchandising degree preferred.
• Experience supervising in a customer-focused environment; fashion industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of achieving goals and executing company direction.
• Experience in hiring, promoting, and motivating talent.
• Ability to lead by example, make decisions, and maintain professionalism.
