Job summary

EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps federal program clients navigate complex compliance and pricing requirements. As a Manager, you will lead engagements, supervise teams of 2–10, and develop practical recommendations across pricing, cost accounting, and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation (CPA, CFE, CFA).
• In-depth experience with FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related labor standards requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements throughout government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise teams, analyze data, and develop practical client recommendations.
• Help clients assess compliance risks, respond to audits, strengthen controls, and improve cost accounting structures.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field

Proven ability to assess, interpret, and apply government acquisition, assistance award, and labor standards regulations
