Job summary

EY's Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps organizations navigate the full lifecycle of U.S. government contracts, grants and related programs.

As a Manager in GCS, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, analyze financial data, and develop practical recommendations for clients facing compliance and pricing challenges. You will build strong client relationships, interpret complex regulations (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200), and help improve cost accounting and pricing processes across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation, such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• In-depth knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and wage laws.
• Experience with government audits and cost accounting in contracts.
• Ability to develop technical responses to audit findings.
• Strong written and verbal communication; client-facing.
• Ability to manage engagement teams 2–10 resources.
