Job summary

EY's Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps clients navigate U.S. Government contracts, grants, and related compliance.

As a Manager, you will lead engagements, supervise teams, and shape practical recommendations across pricing, cost accounting, audit readiness and performance improvements for government programs. You will work with industry clients to navigate complex regulatory requirements (FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200) and contribute to proposals and practice development while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200 and related wage requirements.
• Experience with government contracts, grants or related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support engagements across government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise teams of 2–10 resources.
• Analyze financial and operational data to advise clients.
• Strengthen controls, compliance programs and cost accounting structures.
• Assist in responding to audits and in remediating findings.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business development.
