Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Government Contract Services (GCS) to lead engagements across the U.S. government contracting lifecycle. You will supervise teams, analyze complex data, and develop practical recommendations for clients navigating FAR, CAS, DFARS and labor standards compliance.

You will build client relationships, contribute to proposals, and help improve processes in pricing, cost accounting and audit readiness. Travel may be required to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• Experience with government contracting and grant cost accounting preferred.
• Professional designation such as CPA, CFE or CFA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements across the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, and analyze complex financial data.
• Develop practical recommendations for clients operating under U.S. Government contract and grant requirements.
• Help clients assess compliance risks and respond to government audits.
