Job summary

EY's Government Contract Services (GCS) team is hiring a Manager to lead and support engagements across the government contracting lifecycle, including pricing, cost accounting, and audit readiness. You will supervise teams, analyze complex data, and deliver actionable recommendations for clients navigating FAR, CAS, DFARS, and related requirements.

You will help clients strengthen controls, respond to audits, and improve processes across pricing, billing, procurement, and contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, finance, business or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ relevant work experience.
• Possess at least one professional designation, such as CPA, CFE, CFA.
• In depth experience with understanding and applying knowledge of U.S. federal regulatory and statutory requirements pertaining to public acquisitions and assistance awards, including FAR, CAS, DFARS, 2 CFR 200, SCLS, IRA, and related laws.
• Proven ability to assess, interpret, and apply government acquisition, assistance award, and labor standards regulations.
• Experience with government audits and client-facing engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support client engagements throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
• Manage workstreams, supervise team members, analyze data, and develop practical recommendations.
• Help clients assess compliance risks and respond to government audits.
• Develop compliant cost accounting structures and improve pricing, billing, and contract administration processes.
• Contribute to proposals, thought leadership, and practice development.
• Collaborate with the broader GCS team to deliver results.
