Job summary

College of DuPage seeks a Manager of Early College Programs to lead dual credit and dual enrollment initiatives. You will coordinate day-to-day operations, collaborate with high schools and COD divisions, and ensure program compliance and data integrity.

You will supervise staff, monitor budgets, prepare reports, and develop program pathways in alignment with college policies and state requirements, advancing student success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• Experience in secondary or post-secondary education Dual Credit/Dual Enrollment programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day administration and implementation of the College's Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment programs.
• Supervise assigned staff and coordinate program resources and reporting.
• Prepare enrollment, course offerings, student participation, and program activity reports.
• Maintain program handbooks, procedures, and onboarding materials.
• Ensure compliance with ICCB, IBHE, HLC and College policies.
