Job summary

The College of DuPage seeks a Manager of Early College Programs to lead Dual Credit and Dual Enrollment initiatives, reporting to the Assistant Director. This full-time role oversees staff, ensures compliance with Illinois quality acts, and partners with high schools to deliver programs and reports.

You will coordinate courses, credentials, onboarding, policies, and program resources while tracking outcomes and driving continuous improvement across the college and partner schools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in secondary or post-secondary education dual credit programs.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administration and implementation of Dual Credit/ Dual Enrollment programs.
• Coordinate course offerings and activities with high schools and academic divisions.
• Maintain relationships with high school admins, teachers, and College faculty.
• Manage credentialing, onboarding, and program documentation.
• Prepare reports on enrollment, courses, and activities.
