Job summary

Dallas College seeks an Educational Partnerships professional to lead collaboration with regional high schools, developing and implementing opportunities for students to participate in Collegiate Academy, Early College High School and P-TECH programs or comprehensive dual credit opportunities.

The role manages enrollment and graduation processes, coordinates external partnerships, and drives program development aligned with college goals and state policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in higher education and/or dual credit administration.
• Official transcripts will be required.
• A current and valid Texas driver’s license is required for travel throughout Dallas College locations.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization of high school and Dallas College personnel in planning for student cohorts, orientation, enrollment, transition and graduation sessions, summer bridge programs, and campus student engagement activities.
• Coordinate cohort progress and pathway monitoring with high school counselors and Educational Partnership Managers.
• Design and implement enrichment programming to enhance student, partner, and parent experiences.
• Manage processes for monitoring cohorts' academic status and communication with high school administrators, students, and parents.
• Collaborate with AST and IT on development of workflows and technology applications.
• Coordinate planning for involvement of dual credit students in workshops and events.
• Develop and distribute communication and materials for dual credit students.
