Job summary

Dallas College seeks a Staff(e) member to oversee dual credit partnerships, enrollment workflows, and student engagement across high schools and campuses. You will lead cohort planning, orientation, and graduation activities while coordinating with district partners and Educational Partnerships.

Responsibilities include developing enrichment programs, managing enrollment processes, and ensuring program fidelity to advance student success and college readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 3+ years in higher education or dual credit administration.
• Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders.
