Job summary

The Assistant Director will lead the Office of High School Initiatives and Dual Enrollment, directing dual enrollment, Early College and dual credit programs with local high schools and higher education partners.

Responsibilities include supervising the high school coordinator, tracking student progress, expanding partnerships, delivering workshops, and promoting enrollment through outreach to students, parents and educators in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Three (3) years of experience working in a higher education setting in student services, program coordination or a related role or coordinating early post-secondary opportunities.
• Five (5) years of experience in dual enrollment programs, college readiness initiatives and/or secondary/postsecondary education systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage dual enrollment programs in partnership with local high schools and colleges.
• Directly supervise the high school coordinator and monitor academic progress.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve retention and academic success for Early College and dual enrollment students.
• Develop marketing and outreach strategies to promote dual enrollment opportunities to students, parents and high school administrators.
• Collect and analyze data on program outcomes, student performance and enrollment trends to support informed decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
