Job summary

Dallas College seeks a dynamic leader to oversee Educational Partnerships and dual credit initiatives, coordinating with high school partners to plan cohorts, orientation, enrollment, and graduation activities.

You will supervise enrollment workflows, ensure alignment with policies, and drive continuous improvement in partnerships, while engaging with deans, chairs, and counselors across Dallas College campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum three years in higher education and/or dual credit administration.
• Willingness to travel and a Texas driver0s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization of high school and Dallas College personnel in planning student cohorts, orientation, enrollment, and graduation sessions.
• Coordinate cohort progress and pathway monitoring with high school counselors and staff.
• Design and implement enrichment programming to enhance student, partner, and parent experiences.
• Manage processes for monitoring cohorts' academic status and communications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Academic Schedule Team and IT to improve workflows and technology use.
