Job summary

RFCUNY is seeking a Dual Enrollment Manager to serve as a thought partner, case manager, and program strategist for a portfolio of CUNY Early College networks and campus partners. The role involves designing supportive resources and guiding schools toward continuous improvement.

The position reports to the Associate Director of Dual Enrollment and requires strong collaboration across teams, with a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for professional growth within RFCUNY.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 3‑5 years related experience required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a diverse community of students, faculty, staff, and external partners.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and group facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating college access events for professional staff.
• Experience with data collection and analysis to support effective program evaluation.
• Experience managing contracts and budgets.
• Strong background in resource creation for effective program implementation.
• Proficient using Google and Microsoft Applications.

Responsibilities

• Build bridges across high school and campus-based staff to encourage knowledge sharing.
• Maintain regular touchpoints with high-priority CUNY Early College schools to identify challenges and co‑develop solutions.
• Provide timely intervention and support for schools experiencing programmatic challenges.
• Create high‑quality, user‑friendly resources, guides, and templates for network schools.
• Support network policies and protocols to enhance partnerships and align with goals.
• Support school action plans and connect campus teams with EC Central staff.
