Tower Loan is offering a Manager Development Program designed to train trainee leaders in consumer finance. Over 10–12 months you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer service, sales, financial management, and branch operations, with competitive pay and performance-based incentives.

You will develop skills across management responsibilities, including recruitment, staff development, and performance management, with a clear path to leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties including recruiting, staff development and leadership.
• Develop skills in all management aspects and leadership.
