• Provides quality products to customers by ensuring each delivered product meets Papa John’s standards and accurately reflects the customer’s order.
• Communicates, trains and promotes quality standards to team members using Operations Manual and Team Member Handbook.
• Recommends performance actions to the General Manager; maintains a team that is quality- and customer-focused and fosters teamwork, energy and fun.
• Manages sales goals by delivering prompt, friendly service and improving check averages through training and sales execution; explores additional sales through local marketing.
• Manages profit goals; controls food, labor and other costs within budget using the PROFIT System and handles administrative and cash management duties.
• Plans and manages inventory using the restaurant’s system to meet demand and maintain safety, cleanliness and equipment readiness.
