Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific/technical/finance field required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with at least 2 years in Business Development, M&A, Strategy and analytics; 3+ years in healthcare.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and their business impact.
• Proven success in a highly complex, matrix organization.
• Comfortable with ambiguous/rapidly evolving situations.
• Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Analyze markets, segments, sectors, companies/assets for inorganic growth targets.
• Lead project management with functional leads and cross-functional teams through due diligence and business case development.
• Prepare pitch documents for management alignment and prioritization.
• Manage internal corporate portfolio analysis and evaluate new business areas.
• Build valuations using DCF, NPV and precedent analysis.
• Represent Fresenius Kabi to external interfaces including consultants, brokers, and investment banks.
