Roku is seeking a Manager, Client Operations in Chicago to lead a team of 8-10 Client Associates through the full campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale planning to renewals. The role emphasizes building scalable workflows, setting QA standards, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Ad Operations, and Brand Activation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services, account management, campaign operations, sales planning, ad operations, or customer success.
• Experience leading teams and managing the campaign lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, accurate campaign delivery across all deal types from plan intake to launch and wrap reporting.
• Serve as the escalation point for IO-to-system discrepancies, pricing exceptions, and trafficking blockers.
• Define done-criteria at every handoff and maintain QA standards for campaigns.
• Manage and develop 8-10 direct reports and build a pathway for career growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Ad Operations, and offshore partners.
