Roku, Inc. is hiring a Manager, Client Operations in Chicago to lead a team of 8–10 Client Associates and own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from pre-sale through renewals.

You will establish workflows, quality standards, SLAs, and escalation paths while building scalable processes and reporting to senior leadership. You will partner with Sales, Ad Operations, Brand Activation, and offshore teams to optimize throughput, ensure timely launches, and drive operational excellence across Direct

Qualifications

• 7+ years in client services, account management, campaign operations, sales planning, ad operations, or customer success, with hands-on campaign lifecycle
• People management or mentorship experience with a proven track record
• Deep knowledge of digital, streaming, programmatic landscape: DSPs/SSPs/DMPs and PG/PMP deals

Responsibilities

• Own on-time, accurate campaign delivery across all deal types from intake to launch, and post-launch reporting
• Escalate and resolve IO-system discrepancies, pricing, tagging, and billing issues
• Define "done" at each handoff and teach/QA the process to maintain quality
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Account Management, Ad Ops, Measurement, and offshore partners
