Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Business Systems Architect to shape the architecture and delivery of key business systems across the organization. Remote in the United States, the role will translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into prioritized, measurable initiatives and guide solution design, implementation, and ongoing system performance.

You will strengthen data quality, governance, and secure integration across enterprise applications while leading cross-functional architecture efforts and evaluating

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in systems or enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Certinia, Rippling and Greenhouse.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Convert ambiguous stakeholder needs into prioritized projects with measurable success criteria.
• Own requirements intake, discovery, process mapping, and impact analysis for business systems initiatives.
• Finalize solution designs and coordinate end-to-end technical implementation.
• Ensure ongoing data quality through monitoring, cleansing, and validation.
• Design and maintain enterprise architecture solutions for IT systems.
• Lead architecture efforts for cross-functional initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations aligned to business needs.

For our client, we are seeking a Business Systems Architect to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will shape the architecture and delivery of business systems that support core operations across the organization. You will translate ambiguous stakeholder needs into prioritized, measurable initiatives, then guide solution design, implementation, and ongoing system performance. The position also plays a key role in strengthening data quality, governance, and secure integration across enterprise applications.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Convert ambiguous stakeholder needs into prioritized projects with measurable success criteria
