Ladders is seeking a Business Manager to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space in a remote capacity. The role focuses on driving account growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting profitable expansion within manufacturing environments.

You will translate customer needs into sustainable financial outcomes while collaborating with internal teams across functions, driving disciplined execution and strategic development.

Formación

• 5-7 years in electronics manufacturing or program management.
• Background in business development and customer relationship management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma processes.
• Ability to lead teams without direct reports.
• Willingness to travel nationally and globally.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.

For our client, we are seeking a Business Manager to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This remote role will focus on driving account growth, strengthening customer partnerships, and supporting profitable business expansion within a manufacturing environment. The position calls for a commercially minded leader who can work closely with customers and internal teams to uncover opportunities, shape growth strategies, and support disciplined execution. It is well suited for someone who understands the pace and complexity of manufacturing relationships and can translate customer needs into sustainable financial outcomes.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually
