Job summary

The Benefits Analyst supports the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of health and welfare benefit programs at McKesson. This role partners with employees, HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate benefits governance and a positive employee experience.

The analyst will identify opportunities to streamline processes, leverage technology, and drive automation, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in health and welfare benefits administration.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration & Data Management: support day-to-day administration of health and welfare programs.
• Financial Reconciliation & Vendor Management: perform vendor invoicing reconciliations and reporting.
• Employee Support & Issue Resolution: respond to inquiries regarding benefits and enrollment.
• Annual Enrollment & Program Delivery: assist with planning, testing, and execution of enrollment activities.
• Wellness & Employee Engagement: assist with wellness program administration and communications.
• Process Improvement & Technology Enablement: identify automation opportunities and AI-enabled solutions.
