Job summary

The Business Solutions Team at Capital Insurance Group seeks a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to define and prioritize initiatives across policy administration, billing, sales, and customer portal solutions.

You will partner with stakeholders to design and deploy solutions, drive process improvements, and manage complex projects, leveraging Guidewire knowledge where applicable. This hybrid role includes our Monterey, CA office and other locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 to 7 years of Business Analysis experience in P&C insurance (Personal Lines, Commercial, Agriculture).
• Guidewire knowledge and experience is ideal.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
