SitePro Rentals, part of Sammons Industrial, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a team that keeps operations running, safety first, and customers coming back. You’ll oversee fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation while driving revenue, profitability, and growth.

We require 5+ years of leadership, 2+ years of P&L accountability, and strong communication. We offer ESOP, competitive pay, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn goals into results.
• Proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Lead your team with a hands-on, safety-first approach — making sure every person goes home safe, every day.
• Drive sales and rental performance by building strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
• Oversee daily operations including fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation.
