Job summary

Briggs Industrial Solutions, part of Sammons Industrial, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead day-to-day operations across sales, service, parts and rentals. You will set the tone on the floor, develop people, and guide the branch toward solid financial performance while upholding our safety and customer‑first culture.

You’ll recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage budgets and P&L, strengthen customer relationships, and partner with leadership to execute a practical, growth-focused plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Proven leadership with P&L accountability.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Industry experience in transportation or mobility equipment preferred.

• Industry experience in transportation, mobility equipment, or a closely related field, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
