• Lead your team with a hands-on, safety-first approach - making sure every person goes home safe, every day.
• Drive sales and rental performance by building strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
• Oversee daily operations including fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation.
• Develop and coach your team, creating opportunities for growth and keeping morale high through open communication and trust.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn goals into results.
• A proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills - with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
