Job summary

Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a Branch Manager in Houston to lead a team and ensure safe, efficient operations while driving revenue and rental performance.

You will oversee fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation, while coaching your team and maintaining strong customer relationships for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn goals into results.
• Proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
