Job summary

Briggs Industrial Solutions in Alabama seeks a Branch Manager to lead daily operations, build a high-performing team, and drive branch profitability. You’ll set the tone on the floor, guide staff, and align activities with Sammons standards while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.

You will also focus on growing revenue, managing budgets, and strengthening customer relationships through strong leadership and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and P&L awareness.
• Customer-focused mindset with solid communication and decision-making skills.
• Industry experience in transportation or related fields preferred.
