Job summary

SitePro Rentals is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple branches, shaping performance, safety, and service across locations. You will guide branch managers, drive revenue growth, and ensure a customer-first culture while staying connected to field operations.

You will build strong teams through coaching, training, and hands-on leadership, with a willingness to travel regularly to sites and engage in field leadership to deliver results.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a District Manager, you’ll lead multiple branches and the people who power them. You’ll set the standard for performance, safety, and service—helping each location run strong, grow responsibly, and take care of both customers and teammates. Your leadership will shape culture, strengthen teams, and drive results that matter.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and support branch managers to deliver strong performance, grow revenue, and meet P&L goals

• Use data, field insights, and cross‑functional partnerships to guide decisions and keep branches aligned and moving forward

What You’ll Bring

• Proven multi‑site leadership experience including multi‑site P&L responsibilities, and a track record of developing strong teams within the equipment rental industry
• Solid business acumen with experience managing budgets, driving revenue, and making sound decisions
• A hands‑on, people‑first leadership style with strong communication and organizational skills
• A willingness to travel regularly, stay connected to the field, and lead by example
