Job summary

SitePro Rentals is hiring a Branch Manager in Houston, TX to lead a team, uphold safety standards, and drive sales and rental performance. You will manage daily operations, budgets, and fleet while coaching staff and maintaining top-tier customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership, 2+ years in branch or profit-center management with P&L responsibility, plus strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 2+ years managing a branch or profit center with P&L responsibility.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to turn goals into results.
• A proven record of leading teams, developing people, and building lasting customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills — with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Lead your team with a hands-on, safety-first approach — making sure every person goes home safe, every day.
• Drive sales and rental performance by building strong customer relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service.
• Oversee daily operations including fleet management, staffing, budgeting, and facility presentation.
