EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead data science and big data initiatives for Power & Utilities client engagements. You will design scalable AI systems, work with diverse teams, and drive impactful analytics across cloud and on‑prem environments.

You will collaborate with clients, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and mentor engineers while navigating regulatory and governance requirements. This role supports EY's global, diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• 6-10 years of experience in AI, data science, and/or machine learning.
• 2-4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python and experience delivering production AI/ML solutions on major cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage projects delivering AI/ML solutions for Power & Utilities contexts.
• Translate regulated priorities into scalable AI-enabled solutions across data sources and platforms.
• Guide teams and supervise delivery of high-quality analytics projects for clients.
• Engage with clients in sessions, plan, and drive work from initiation to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Deliver AI/ML use cases such as asset health, outage analytics, and regulatory analytics.
