EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead data science and software engineering initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. You will work with diverse teams to build scalable AI solutions, guiding projects from planning through execution while collaborating with clients in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes leading data-driven transformations, overseeing code quality, and ensuring alignment with regulatory, cybersecurity, and governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of relevant AI, data science and/or machine learning experience.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong Python skills.
• Experience designing, building and maintaining production AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage processes and projects.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions through research and analysis.
• Supervise teams and ensure high-quality delivery of complex initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases for Power & Utilities.
