Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in AI Native Engineering to lead data science and big data initiatives for Power & Utilities clients. You will guide teams to design and build scalable AI/ML solutions, collaborate with client and operations leaders, and translate insights into business impact.

You will work with diverse data sources, drive production readiness, and ensure governance and model risk management in regulated settings. EY offers a hybrid model and extensive rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• 6–10 years of full-time experience in AI, data science, and/or machine learning.
• 2–4 years of experience directly managing technical teams.
• Strong skills in Python.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining high-impact AI/ML solutions on a major cloud platform.
• Experience with MLOps, model retraining, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective project management.
• Continuously improve processes by researching and analyzing innovative solutions.
• Manage professional staff and supervise teams delivering complex technical initiatives.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and manage engagement economics.
• Design and deliver AI/ML use cases relevant to Power & Utilities across data sources and environments.
