• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or related area and 3 years’ experience in digital media, account management, or advertising strategy.

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize delivery against key performance indicators through data analysis and media metrics.

• Build joint business plans with clients leveraging forecasting tools and customer insights.

What you\'ll do...

Role summary: The Manager, Account Strategy leads the development and execution of omnichannel advertising campaigns, translating client marketing objectives into effective media strategies using Walmart Connect\’s solutions. This role involves monitoring campaign performance, optimizing delivery against key metrics, and providing strategic recommendations to clients and senior leadership. The position requires collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure campaign success, leveraging data analysis and forecasting to drive growth. Additionally, the manager supports process improvements, mentors team members, and fosters strong stakeholder relationships to achieve business goals in a dynamic environment.

About the team: Our team manages the produce business and oversees a portfolio of approximately 50 advertisers. It comprises three sellers and one Account Strategist who leads the management and monitoring of both Self-Serve and Managed Serve campaigns. The team collaborates closely to develop and execute effective advertising strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and key performance indicators. By leveraging data analysis and customer insights, the team drives campaign optimization and growth. This collaborative environment supports continuous improvement and cross-functional partnership to deliver impactful media solutions within Walmart Connect\’s advertising platforms.

What you\'ll do:

What you\'ll bring:

• Proven expertise in developing and executing omnichannel media strategies aligned with client marketing goals.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign performance evaluation using digital metrics such as CPM, ROAS, and CTR.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams.
• Experience in forecasting revenue and identifying market trends to inform strategic planning.
• Effective relationship and stakeholder management skills with clients, agencies, and internal partners.
• Leadership capabilities including mentoring, coaching, and team development.
• Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and continuous process improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
