The role supports onboarding processes and fosters productive relationships with internal and external partners to enhance customer retention and business outcomes. By applying industry knowledge and business acumen, the Senior Analyst contributes to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals and promote continuous improvement.
