Walmart seeks a Senior Director, Business Strategy in Bentonville to lead monetization initiatives across Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal divisions. You’ll connect merchandising with digital growth and ecosystem partnerships to create new revenue streams.

You will influence diverse teams, translate strategy to scalable business requirements, and drive high-impact programs from concept to execution, partnering across functions for measurable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 6 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience

Responsabilités

• Identify customer and business opportunities and translate them into clear strategies, business cases, and roadmaps.
• Develop scalable omni experiences for monetization programs that bring together products, digital content, services, and broader enterprise capabilities.
• Partner with merchandising, eCommerce, product, technology, marketing, finance, analytics, and other teams to align priorities and deliver results.
• Define and track KPIs to measure progress and communicate results to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee transformational change initiatives, ensuring effective project management from pilot to full execution.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
