Job description

• Lead and develop team operations by managing daily workflows
• Conduct performance reviews
• Oversee training programs and identify ongoing development needs
• Act as the primary client and internal escalation point
• Resolve complex investor and operational issues
• Oversee client onboarding and fund launches
• Coordinate cross-functional partners for timely, compliant, and accurate setup

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Investor Services, fund administration, alternative investments, or related financial services operations
• Demonstrated progression in responsibility
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience leading teams, conducting performance reviews, coaching employees, and supporting professional development
• Proven experience serving as a client-facing escalation point
• Experience managing complex investor, operational, and service-related issues
• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and enhance operational workflows
• Ability to support system testing and scale service delivery
• Hands-on experience with fund onboarding, fund launches, and ongoing fund lifecycle management preferred
• Strong knowledge of investor transactions, capital activity, wire approvals, and operational controls preferred
• Experience partnering with auditors, accounting teams, and compliance functions preferred
