Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced lead for Mutual Fund Administration in Milwaukee to manage a team, oversee compliance programs, and coordinate SEC filings and fund expenses. You will serve as the primary liaison to clients and regulators and ensure timely board reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor's in accounting/finance, CPA (or candidate), 8+ years in mutual fund administration or related field, and a strong grasp of legal, regulatory, and accounting principles affecting funds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field required.
• CPA certification or candidate status required or preferred.
• Eight+ years in Mutual Fund Administration or related field (public accounting acceptable).
• Thorough knowledge of operational issues involving Mutual Funds.
• Strong understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles affecting mutual funds.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
• CPA certified or candidate
• Eight or more years of experience in Mutual Fund Administration or related field, i.e., public accounting
• Thorough knowledge of operational issues involving Mutual Funds
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of legal, regulatory and accounting principles directly affecting the mutual fund industry and clients
• Ability to successfully coordinate and follow through on short/long-term projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thorough knowledge of PC applications
• Proven relationship building skills
• Ability to work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
