Job description

• Perform complex activities supporting the assignment, sourcing, gathering, furnishing, and movement of financial and client information and data
• Lead end-to-end resolution of complex client issues and inquiries, including research, escalation, and approvals for high monetary-risk items
• Drive execution of complex financial and non-financial client transactions
• Support process improvements, requirements, and initiatives across multiple stakeholders
• Perform quality assurance reviews, testing, and training
• Support risk management and audit processes, including issue identification, mitigation strategies, and exam preparation
• Review and update procedures to ensure accuracy and currency
• Identify operational risks and process improvement opportunities within alternative investment fund setup and maintenance workflows
• Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of data management processes and recommend enhancements
• Validate and approve instructions and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Coordinate with ISG Product and cross-functional operational teams on alternative investment fund onboarding
• Prepare executive-level reports and presentations and provide subject matter expertise

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting complex processes across operations, project management, team leadership, and/or business controls
• Knowledge of Alternative Investments trading and onboarding, including operational workflows, documentation, and lifecycle considerations
• Ability to apply sound judgment to resolve complex or high-risk exceptions, including identifying corrective actions and escalation paths
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt as business needs evolve
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and trend reporting
• Experience leading the coordination and execution of internal and external audits
• Ability to strengthen and maintain a robust controls framework across operations
