Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in the St. Clairsville, OH area. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving customers and partners and building hands‑on operations knowledge.

The program offers mentoring, structured career progression, and training across sales, service, finance and leadership. A bachelor’s degree and at least six months in customer service or sales are required; a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 6 months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Examples include commission sales, retail, hospitality, or military/team activities.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in 3 years; no DUI/DWI.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Develop the ability to run your own branch, cultivate new business and lead a team.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations while putting customers first.
