Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program in Steubenville, OH 43952. As a Management Trainee, you will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations.

You will receive mentoring and hands‑on learning to build skills in customer service, sales, finance and operations, with a clear path to running your own branch and growing with a culture that rewards internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Examples: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry. Leadership: military, athletics/team activities or community, social, or academic organizations.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug, alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
