Enterprise Mobility in the United States is hiring immediately for a Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, with a clear path toward leadership and growth within the Enterprise Mobility family.

This program emphasizes hands-on training in customer service, sales, and operations, with mentoring and opportunities to advance in our local market.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year cumulated experience in last 5 years in sales/retail/serving in hospitality or leadership in military/athletics/academic organizations.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have interviewed with Enterprise for the Management Trainee position in the last 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• We are now hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program and MT will learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• We will train you to serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and to act as an operational expert.
• You will master knowledge to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• In our learning environment you will receive guidance, mentoring, and community engagement to build relationships for your future business.
