Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll begin learning our business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while gaining hands-on operations experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or current student within 1 semester of graduating with a Bachelors.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in Sales & Customer Service, Leadership, or related areas.
• Current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No alcohol or drug related conviction on driving record in last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and handle operations behind the scenes.
• In the MT program, master knowledge to eventually run your own branch and develop your team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring and build community relationships in the local area.
• Learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations with a customer-first culture.
