Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for our Management Training Program in Ohio. As a MT, you'll begin learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners while mastering operations to run your own location someday.

You'll receive hands-on training in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with mentoring and a clear path for promotion from within. 45-hour weeks and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduation.
• Valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• At least 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Work toward running your own branch and developing a team.
• Receive guidance and mentoring to succeed in the program.
