Job summary

Enterprise Mobility in Ohio is hiring for its Management Training Program. As a MT, you’ll learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and help run the operation.

The program develops skills in sales, customer service, finance and leadership, with mentoring and a clear path to branch management. Eligibility requires a Bachelor's degree or near completion, legal work authorization, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelor's.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Leadership.
