Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in the Findlay/Tiffin area. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch, serving as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and supporting daily operations.

You will receive mentorship and hands-on guidance to master sales, customer service, and finance, with a goal of eventually running your own branch and growing your team in a culture that rewards internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• No more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years (DWI/DUI).
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• At least 3 months experience in Sales, Customer service, or Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Learn the business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and support operations.
• Master knowledge in sales, marketing, finance, and operations to eventually run your own branch.
• Cultivate new business and develop your team through mentoring and hands-on practice.
