Enterprise Mobility is hiring for an immediate Management Training Program in several Ohio locations including Toledo and nearby areas. The role starts with hands-on customer service, sales and operations training, with a path to running a branch and growing a team.

The program emphasizes mentorship, training, and promotion from within, promoting continuous career advancement across sales, customer service, and business leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or within 2 semesters of graduating.
• Valid driver's license required.
• No more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol convictions in the past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Begin in Management Training to learn the business from day one.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Work toward running a branch and developing your team.
• Learn customer service, sales and marketing, finance and operations.
• Support the culture of putting customers first.
