Enterprise Mobility is hiring immediately for its Management Training Program in Clarksburg, WV. This MT role offers a clear career path with mentoring, training and promotion from within, beginning at a neighborhood branch in the Clarksburg area.

You will learn customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations, with a culture focused on growth and internal advancement. Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of six months experience in customer service, leadership or sales.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operations expert.
• In the structured program, master knowledge to run a branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
• Learn to excel at customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
