Tower Loan of Mississippi, LLC invites you to join our Manager Development Program. As a full-time Manager Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and branch operations, all while earning incentives. In 10–12 months you’ll be prepared to lead with confidence.

The program emphasizes growth, internal promotion, and a clear path to leadership. On-site location, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Develop long-term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service.
• Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers best.
• Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements.
• Assist Manager in exceeding established office goals.
• Learn and provide support in management duties such as delegating workload and analyzing loan documents.
• Develop and demonstrate skills in recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
